Sunil brings over 25 years of experience in education to his role as director. His extensive background includes managing multiple educational centers globally as an education consultant and entrepreneur.
Sunil has successfully launched several education-based startups. He also has experience as a management consultant, advising schools on strategy, operations, and growth.
Throughout his career Sunil has led many impressive ventures and projects. He is now driven to give back by serving the education needs of the local community.
Sunil's career has taken him around the world, allowing him to develop an international perspective on best practices in early childhood education. He has collaborated with schools globally to share knowledge.
As a leader, Sunil is known for his warm personality and hands-on approach. He earned his Master’s in Strategic Management and pursues professional development.
His philosophy focuses on personalized learning tailored to each child’s strengths and needs. Sunil believes strongly in partnering with families.

Falguni Parakh, Director
Falguni brings over 20 years of experience nurturing young children to her role as Lead Teacher. Her warmth and dedication to each student is evident.
Falguni completed her Preschool training, giving her expertise in the Preschool pedagogy. She continually pursues professional development opportunities to expand her knowledge.
As Lead Teacher, Falguni prepares an enrichment-focused classroom environment and crafts a responsive curriculum. She is attentive to each child’s unique needs, ensuring activities are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
Falguni has a natural ability to connect with students and make them feel valued. She encourages advancement of early literacy, math, science, and life skills through hands-on materials and personalised lessons.
Additionally, Falguni develops excellent rapport with parents who love her meticulous, caring approach. Students love being in her class year after year. She creates a classroom culture of respect, individualized learning, and the joy of discovery.

Bhavna Shah, Montessori Center & Program Director
Bhavna brings deep enthusiasm, reverence for Dr. Maria Montessori's philosophy, and a strong desire to maintain Montessori standards. After completing AMI-certified training, Bhavna cultivated extensive expertise in the Montessori method.
In her previous roles, Bhavna developed exceptional skills directing groups of young students in academic and cultural programs. She has a natural gift for motivating and guiding children's learning.
As our Montessori Program Director, Bhavna oversees implementation of Montessori principles across all classrooms and curriculum. She works closely with teachers to ensure adherence to AMI standards.
Bhavna observes students to optimize the prepared classroom environment and selection of didactic materials for each plane of development. She also coaches teachers on fostering student independence and self-correction.
With compassion and encouragement, Bhavna guides our school in remaining true to Maria Montessori's vision. Benazeer Mujawar
Lead Montessori Educator
Benazeer Mujawar is a highly experienced Montessori educator with a passion for nurturing young minds. With AMS and MACTE-accredited credentials, Benazeer brings a wealth of knowledge in early childhood education. She has worked in both the U.S. and Canada, gaining valuable experience in setting up classrooms, developing age-appropriate curricula, and fostering a supportive learning environment for children.
Her dedication to the Montessori philosophy ensures that each child receives individualized attention to meet their developmental needs. Benazeer excels in guiding children through their academic and personal growth, working closely with parents, and mentoring her colleagues.
With a strong background in managing classrooms, training staff, and supporting special needs children, Benazeer is a key figure in the Silver Oak Montessori team. Her CPR and first aid certifications, along with her commitment to creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, make her an invaluable asset to our school.
